10 Exercise to Get Rid of Lower Belly Fat

Lower abdominal fat is stubborn, but focused activities and a healthy lifestyle can help. These ten exercises target lower abdominal fat:

1. Crunches

Lay on your back with your hands behind your head and your legs bent. Using your abs, lift your shoulders off the ground and then bring them back down.

2. Reverse Crunches

Lay on your back with your hands next to your sides and your knees bent. Bring your knees close to your chest and lift your hips off the floor. Then, lower your back down.

3. Plank

Do a push-up, but this time put your arms on the ground. Hold your core muscles tight and keep your body straight from head to feet.

4. Leg Raises

Lay on your back with your legs straight out. Keep your legs straight as you lift them up towards the sky. Then, bring them back down without touching the floor.

5. Russian Twists

Lean back a little and lift your feet off the ground. Sit on the floor with your knees bent. With a weight or ball in your hands, twist your body to the right and then to the left.

6. Mountain Climbers

8. Side Plank

To keep your body straight, rest one arm on the side of your foot and one elbow on the other. Hold for a while, then switch sides.

9. Flutter Kicks

Lay on your back with your legs straight out. A little off the ground, kick your legs up and down back and forth like you're swimming.

10. Burpees

As you stand up, squat down and put your hands on the ground. Then, kick your feet back into a plank position, then jump your feet forward and stand up quickly.
