The fragrant flavour of cinnamon and its possible health advantages in moderation make it a popular spice. Due to coumarin, too much cinnamon might cause adverse effects. Consuming too much cinnamon has six adverse effects:
1. Liver Damage
Too much coumarin, which is mostly found in Cassia cinnamon, has been linked to liver damage and may make liver problems worse.
2. Increased Heart Rate
When you eat a lot of cinnamon, it can speed up your heart rate and cause palpitations because it stimulates the circulatory system.
3. Gastrointestinal Issues
If you eat too much cinnamon, it could make your stomach hurt, giving you sickness, diarrhoea, and cramps.
4. Allergic Reactions
